phaser 7700 Error 10

I am working on a Phaser 7700 that prints good for about the first 30 minutes it is power on, after that it slowly looses colors eventually only printing in yellow then giving error 10. In the diagnostics it shows error 6,381 Sos Length M Fail. Is this a power supply or MCU PWB issue or a ROS assembly issue? Also I noticed in the diags under sensors then interlocks that that front door shows H, if I open and shut it then it goes to L, this happens everytime it is powered up, I replaced the switch still same thing- any ideas?

Laser unit failure. Check connectors, and re-seat.
May have to replace the Engine control board.
