OK, this "thing" in my office hasn't run for quite some time now. Upon start-up, the printer goes thru the diags & initialization with no problem. Then, it pops up the error code: "Door:Close". But, all the doors ARE closed. Does anyone have any ideas about this issue? I know it has to be a sensor, but have no idea where to look or how to determine which one!
