A user regular prints a particular excel spreadsheet where 2 of the columns are colored. Previously I have changed the fuser twice where ghosting has been occurring at an interval of 5.0 inches. This is now happening for a third time, where the ghosting occurs when multiple copies of the spreadsheet are printed, rather than replace the fuser again I wanted to check if anyone else had any experience/ advice/ thoughts on this:
Is there a known issue with this printer that too much print within a certain area (oversatturated) will cause ghosting?
Could there be some other part that is defective and contributes to the ghosting issue?

Thanks in advance for any help offered.

Try setting the paper type to thin cardstock and see if that corrects the problem.

Thanks very much jdwvw. I set media type to card or envelope. I printed out 4 copies of spreadsheet and did not notice any ghosting.
