I have a Tektronix Phaser 740. We had a power outage on our block where the lights went out for about 2 mintues, then came back on. When the power came back on everything worked fine, expect for our printer. There is no error message, we have turned it off and on, and it still will not print. It says it is "Ready" and no error lights are blinking. We connect through a router, which only connects to the Internet and then to the printer. We have Internet access, but the printer won't print. I have also tried connecting direct to the printer from my computer, and still nothing. Does anyone have a recommendation on what may have gone wrong? Do I need to reset something at the printer? On the computers? I have tested all the cables. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.

i would check your IP address of the printer. It might have DHCP turned on and it might have picked a new IP address.

XeroxTech - thank you so much. I had looked at this but not close enough because you were right. Usually the most simple answer is the right one.

Thanks again.
