Phaser 740 multi-purpose tray

I am trying to print from the multi-purpose tray using thicker Avery Tent Cards. Here is the issue, the colors are all faded when I use a thicker paper, but when i use nirmal paper the colors print fine.

What is casuing this problem?

What settings should I have for this thicker paper?

try playing with the different paper types. guess the cards are rougher and dont take the toner very well
when you insert the sheets into the try the printer ask what type of media it is, try around with that a bit
