I did everything in this thread723-125400 thread , as my problem started with error 33. Now everytime I print from any ap or any tray onto any media I get a jam at the paper feed assembly. Has anyone had success with replacing the magnetic clutch? where did you get it in the US? any help thanks

I had the same problem but it is not the clutch, the rollers are bad. But i let them replace by xerox result after 14 day the same problem. xerox had to come back and replaced the tray whit the pickup roller, sins then no problem. if any help search for the spare to replace the entire tray.
