Printer shows all Power and Error Lights on solid with a blank LCD. I have tried everything. On power up, the printer cycles and goes through checks through "Diags Finished" and then display goes blank and lights stay on. Am unable to print or even cause another error to show e.g. emptying paper tray, etc. Please advise... would save me a great deal of time and money if I can fix this on my own.
