Phaser 7300 Screen

Good Morning. I have a Phaser 7300 and the small 1x3 screen that displays the user information is no longer working. I have read the manual and contacted Xerox but they had no answers for me. I have took both sets of RAM off the process board and turned the printer on and the screen read "RAM ERROR" so that tells me that the screen is not broken. I also took it to another 7300 here in the office and swapped out the screen and it worked on that printer. I am at a loss for solutions.
