I have a Xerox Phaser 7300. The A3 tray (Lower Tray Deck) is no longer recognised (ie in Printer setup, you cant actually choose it) and I've realized that the pin or plug that joins the Lower A3 tray to the Upper A4 tray was damaged during our office move. Does any body have a spare part for this or know where I can get one from? Doing a google search tells me the part number could be 116-1040-00??

Is the connector that is damaged the upper (on printer) or the one on the LTA? The part no. for the one on the printer is 116-1085-00 and the connector on the top of the LTA is 116-1040-00. The only place to get either part that I know of is thru a Xerox agent.
