Phaser 7300: How to booklet print........

I have a phaser 7300. I am trying to print a document in a booklet format. I have set the Number of Pages = booklet. But, it always prints out as front and back on 8.5 x 11 portrait.

Any other setting that has to be made?

Configure the driver for Booklet Printing

Printers with the 2-sided printing (duplex) feature set can print a document in the form of a small book. Booklets can be created for any paper size that is supported for duplex printing. The driver automatically reduces each page image and prints two pages per side. The pages are printed in the correct order so that they can be folded and stapled to create a booklet.
