I hope someone can help me, please. The imaging unit in our Phaser 6350 is stuck. I must have somehow gotten it in there crooked. It needs to come out to be replaced, and it's not budging. It's supposed to just slide right out, as it has in the past. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks.
