Phaser 6300 Loud screech noise/ Faint Black Print

The screeching noise seems to be emulating from under the toner cartridges. The I.U. turns freely by hand. Black print is very faint on pages. Color looks ok.

I suspect the Developer drive motor/ assembly but ran out of time and will return to troubleshoot. I haven't removed the covers yet. Trying to get a heads up if anyone has ran across this. TIA
