Phaser 560 prints multiple copies (sometimes!)

Odd - over the last week or so, our Phaser 560 occasionally decides to print multiple copies of a print job - this only happens when printing from Internet Explorer and/or Crystal Reports (and not EVERY time we print from these 2 applications). It will continue to print the same job until either the paper runs out or the job is cancelled. The user is NOT chosing to print multiple copies. Is anyone here aware of why this weird behaviour is happening and how we can prevent it from happening in the future?
