phaser 560 noise

I have a 560 that makes a noise like th motor is strugeling. I have tested the motors and the test all pass with out any noise. I do get the noise when I test
Cleaning accumulator belt
Black cam motor sensor
Cyan motor sensor
Magenta motor sensor
Yellow motor sensor
any help would be great.
