Help,
My bosses phaser 560 leaks toner onto the paper transfer kit near the replaceable paper feed roller. It always prints out colored spots on the paper. I clean it all the time, then it prints clean for 2-3 prints then it gets dirty again. Why is this happening? I looked at the toners and they seem to be fine, is it the imaging unit? Where is the leakage happening. All I see is a collection of toner ontop of the feed roller which comes out to be cleaned. What can I do?
