Phaser 560 Image ghosting problem

I have just acquired a phaser 560 that prints great except that it 'ghosts' the print with a faint image of the previous page's output. The ghost is really faint, but is unmistakable. The fuser and fuser roller were just replaced and the Image Kit indicates 24% life remaining.

Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fix this??

Is it the whole page that is ghosted onto the next page or previous bits of the same page? if the first then it sounds like the toner is nt being cleaned from the Image belt
