Phaser 5500 Network Printing Issues

I don't know if anyone has seen this or ever had it happen to them but I had two users today who were having the strangest issue with our Xerox Phaser 5500. They would get ready to print their document or whatever, choose the 5500 on the printing screen and it would print to another printer on the network. At first I highly doubted the validity of this claim until I saw it happen twice myself. I ended up deleting the printer through the control panel and re-adding it and that fixed it. I was just a smidge curious if anyone had seen or had this type of issue before. Thanks for any info you can give.

Were both printers 5500? also could they have had the same IP address?
