I'm trying to help a friend that has a phaser 5400 that prints web pages with various letters missing. It is usually 4 to 6 words and usually the first letter missing in it. He can print to another Identical printer nearby, the same pages, and they are perfect. I had two other people print to the problem machine with the same outcome, missing various letters. All fonts seem to be loaded. Printing from any programs on the computer come out great, just the web pages that are problem. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Networked? Try a firmware upgrade, or the NIC may be faulty. Check cabling for any damage.
