Hi there, I´ve just the same problem as it is written by 9smitd9 (MIS)
10 Jan 04 15:32 but it is the phaser 380.
"I have a phaser 350 which appears to be stuck in the warmup cycle. Even if you go into bypass mode it still says warming up and having left it going overnight, it still says warming up. There's no numeric error message and the error light on the front panel is not on.
The two flashing leds at the back are going - the one on the right (near the scsi port) flashes twice, and the other flashes twice quickly followed by a little pause and then flashes once more."
Before the problem came up, it had the 05,0002.42 fault (a paper stucked in the innerside of the printer, just above the printhead).I removed it, but maybe the printer became to hot of cause of this placement of the paper. At the moment, the printer is in service mode (all sidepanels off, not connected to any computer). Should I connect it?
and second Question: Shall I remove all pcb or is it a problem with the heating bulbs?
Thanks from Germany
