i got a tek. phaser 360.
first it had the error 5,002.42 (0x2b03):
YA_POS_FAIL
i repaired it by replacing the two motor driver (lmd18201t) on the power board. the error came every time during warm up and while i was searching for the error they blew. i replaced them with 2 new. now the motor rotates
now i've got the following problem:
the phaser can not position the drum correctly. when the drum initializes it rotates one time and then the printer hangs. when i test the y axis with the pc based diag software i become the error message that the y axis stall, and task result error... it ever rotates one time and makes a smooth "click" and the error appeares. but there is not a mechanical problem, because sometimes it rotates in the fast, medium and slow mode without problems.
when i test the two sensor of the drum (positioning sensor and the home sensor) they seem to be correct. the positioning sensor gives the degree (in- or decreasing by manual rotating the drum) and the home sensor seem to recorgnizes the home position when the home flag goes through.
so, where is the error.
