Phaser 360 - Won on Ebay 1

Received a Tektronix Phaser 360 that does not print with New Ink! The Image Count is over 40 K
Heres the Fault Messages:

1: 22,206.36:40120
2: 22,204.34:40120
3: 22,208.38:40120
4: 22,200.30:40120
5: 22,206,36:40120

Please advise of the course of action that I should take!

All of those idicate a jam condition.. But looks like you may have a bigger problem. Kinda sounds like you "Lost" on Ebay.

for a 340 it means

22,206.36 Jam -- Media leading edge time-out at preheat exit sensor.

22,204.34 Jam -- Media leading edge time-out at A/A4 paper width sensors.


22,208.38 Jam -- During hand-feed stage, media leading edge time-out atpreheat entry sensor.


the last numbers are the page count of your machine

I have just got hold of a Phaser 360 Printer. Can anyone help me to figure out how to get the plastic side panels off? There's something fishy with the printer. It displays error 08,001.44:2523, and I can't get the maintanance tray out at all . Seems its stuck.
