Phaser 360 Problem...?

I was recently given a Phaser 360 because of a problem it was having. After it warms up, it shakes 3 times and displays: "Fault 07,004.46:6115". Is this a serious problem? Is it something I can fix myself?

Jazzman here again!

I don't know if this is significant or not, but the blue plastic insert that fits in the maintenance tray is missing. Could this have anything to do with my previously stated problem?

The maintenance guide says:

7,004.46M_FAULT_DM_CAM_SENSOR_BAD
No transitions are observed of the drum maintenance cam sensor. The sensor may be bad or the drum maintenance cam may be jammed.
