Phaser 360 hiden menus -- how to access?

Trying to get into the hiden menu to do some troubleshooting, but cannot get in. I've tried pressing both the Menu & Exit together and have no appearent success. Tried pressing one and then the other also with no luck. I tried powering the printer on with both buttons pressed.

What am I missing?
