this is not normal, normaly it take's about 15 to 20 min to warm up completely, depending the conditions.
But 30 min can be if one of the heaters is broken like the drum heater. Concerning the error code you provide.
Remove left and right cover and power up the printer, Look if you see a light flashing just below the fan on the right front side. If not the drum heater is broken. Look closely if you a light flashing, Inside you must see bold lights. Exist in to parts. Greetz dany
