My Phaser 360 warms up for awhile and then gives a Fault 08,001.44:13354 Does anyone know what that means? Thanks. Derek

error means cap fault home sensor.
Look for the cap wipe purge, object thad come's up to clean the printhead. The home sensor can be faulty or the cap is jammed / unable to move. Sensor is locate on the rihgt IO board. Remove right cover look on this side on the bottom. To find the cap, remove the maintenance tray and just below the drum you se the cap. Look for any obtructions thad can block the cap. Hopefully you have something on this. Greetz Dany
