Phaser 360 Driver Availability

I just received one of these on a trade in and I having a lot of problems with it. I downloaded the driver from the Xerox site. It seems to be very particular about printing graphics and fonts. I will get two out of four pictures on a single page, while the other two show up as black boxes. Also, it will turn some of the letters into "black boxes" right at the end of some text strings (all the same font mind you).
Could this be the driver. It is the second one I have tried.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanx in advance.

First try the internal demo pages and see what they look like. Can't say as I have ever seen what you are describing. It could be the main board or the firmware ROM, have seen those cause some weird problems.
