Phaser 350 -- Two buttons not working below display

HI everyone,

The two center buttons below the LCD display don't seem to work AT ALL. I can't use them at all to navigate manually through the menus.

The "exit" button and the "menu" button seem to work fine.

What could be wrong?

Fixable?

How to fix and what to try? I'm not opposed to taking this sucker apart if necessary, just need some ideas.

If The buttons on your dysplay is not working, the only thing you can do is replacing the dysplay assy. Had the same problem and replaced the dysplay works fine now.
