Help,
I bought a 350 that was supposed to have good print heads. It was in storage for several months. When I put some ink in it, it kept printing out cleaning pages. Every one looked the same. There was no difference. It would look like red and white and black stripes. The printer would never go into ready mode. It used up all my ink. I even tryed to put black in the colors to at least get some more prints out of it but still no use. Is this printer salvagable? I had a 340 with both a bad print head and broken drum. Also, the upper print tray jams. Is this a tray problem or a roller problem? Could I use my 340 paper tray for the 350? IS this worth spending more time and $$$ on?
