phaser 350 Jam:open front cover

I get this message at start up before anything else happens, it states open front cover then push info and it states front panel job input.
Theres NO paper, cant find any shards of paper stuck anywhere.
It sounds like a sensor, But which one? and can it be disabled in the mean time while one is ordered? and what would be the part numbers?
