Phaser 350 error code 13,004.43:8920

According to the service manual your error is:
13,004.43 (0x6c04): TCH_JS_LEFT_ SLOW The left jetstack heater is not heating at all, or is not heating as quickly as it should. Replace the printhead.
As with other problems, you can always try disassembling the major component (e.g., printhead in this case) and look for the underlying cause. I had a simlar problem with the drum heater I was able to fix by replacing an open thermal fuse in the heater assembly.
Of course, I would only recommend this if you plan to otherwise junk the printer due to the cost of the new printhead (I don't know what they cost) as you may inadvertantly break something else in the repair process.
