Phaser 340 won't print but ...?

Help - I have the thing setup on my network from Windows XP. I can see the printer on the network, but when I print, I get nothing - Not any front panel activity at all nor flashing light.

The printer works in all test modes as well

What did I miss - are there any other setup steps to get it to print? What about network settings ???
