Paper goes right under the Stripper Finger Assembly every time. Fingers drop, but either too soon or not low enough. Can't tell for sure. I checked the fingers and they seem fine, and checked the cam, and it seems fine. What am I missing? Could it be a timing issue? How do I check? I've read the service manual a few times, and can't find anything that deals with this specifically. I'm a service tech for a graphics company, and this is their only color printer. Help! Please...?
