Phaser 340 Fault

I have a nice Phaser 340 with a fault: 07,002.44:5703. I have placed a new maintenance tray in; however, it still appears. What causes this fault to occur,anything that can be repaired with some electronics know-how?

I had this problem with mine, under the ink loader there are a heap of wires connected to the board... when you reinsert a new ink feeder you knock the wires off and this error happens...

An easy fix.
