Phaser 340 04,005 fault

I recently obtained a Phaser 340. My problem is the printer displays "Fault 04,005.44.9306" and "service required" and refuses to start up. I checked the Xerox website that simply said to turn it off then on, or send it in for service. I am a somewhat experienced tech but have no idea where to start looking for problem.

Any ideas?
 
You will need to replace the Drum Maitence Clutch. part#401-0710-01
