Phaser 2135PS Color Calibration

Hello,

I'd like to know how to get a color specialist from Xerox (or a consultant) to look at our Xerox 2135PS. We've been using it for almost a year and have never been happy with the output. Every print appears to have a film over it--none of the colors are crisp or saturated.

We've replaced just about the entire guts of the printer, and each technician blames something else on the poor print quality. We are using the recommend paper, new cartridges and a new drum, but nothing works.

How do we escalate to a color specialist instead a technician that as a whole doesn't seem to want to help (i.e. blaming it on something).

Thanks for any suggestions.
