phase II i200x phones

Does anyone know the order code for Phase II i200x internet phones?
I have searched high and low.
My understanding is that these phones do not need a power over ethernet dongle when used on PoE switches.
Looking for codes for i2002, i2001, i2004

I think its just a date thing. There is no special code. Its just at a certain date the started shipping the improved phones.

is it possible to 'upgrade' phase I phone to phaseII?

I was told that it was not possible to upgrade from Phase 0 or 1 phones to Phase 2, and I later saw it somewhere in print in a Nortel presentation. The differences apparently trascend what can be accomodated with a firmware upgrade.

the phase 2 phones are for power over ethernet(802.3af)
but i get conflicting information that it can be upgraded and some say it cannot be.
