phase 850dp no cyan on prints

been using tektronix color stix eversince. but now, there's no more blue showing on the prints. i already tried eliminating light stripes 4 times. but still no blue. =(

I have seen massive jet failure as you are describing when people have used Tek/Xerox ink when they do not print color very often. What happens is the ink will cook to a Jello like consistency and this will cause the affected color to not print. Unfortunately the only fix is a new printhead. You can try and print solid fills of cyan to see if it will eventually recover. Other than the ink cooking which occurs over long time the only other time I have seen a total failure of one color is with the use of third party ink.
