I have a problem with the Phanton extension feature on agents in SCCS Rls 5.
I can add the phanton DN's to the agents, and test that wherever an agent logs in their phanton number follows them. The problem i have is although this feature works ok, when i log into the symposium via the client, and open an agent, their phantom number does not show in the required box.
Has anybody seen this problem before??
