Phantom-user

I realize that the phantom-user extensions are used to park calls, but I can't figure out where these extensions are administered. I found them on the attendant buttons, but removing them doesn't get rid of the extension. Does anyone know how I change or administer these extensions?

Nevermind! I just figured it out. For those of you who were like me and didn't know, it is under the "change console-parameters" command. The extensions are established under Common Shared Extensions.
