Phantom setup on Guestworks 500

I have a site with a GW500 that has an extension set up to forward to an 800 number. The station appears to be a phantom as the port is just X. I can't figure out how it's forwarding to that number-- I need to change it.

I'm a Nortel guy just getting into Avaya.

I've looked at appreviated dialing, nothing there. The coverage path lead me nowhere. I'm not sure where to look-- the actual forward doesn't appear to be listed anywhere that I tried to look.

Any ideas? I'm sure this is a simple one but I'm just not finding what I need.
