We have an IP Office 500v2, with 1608 and 1616 IP phones, and 5402 regular phones. Every so often one of these phone extensions will start ringing and won't stop. The phone will ring with no active calls on the sytem.
Attached is a log of a time when this was occuring.
Ext 226 was ringing. We have been correcting this by pulling the power and restarting the phone. Additionally the issue will go away if I call the extension internally from another phone. It will beep one time then stop.
Anybody have any idea?
