Phantom Ring on Line 5

I have a new system installed and when I plug in Line 5, I get ringing. When I answer all I get is dial tone. Does the system come with line 5 defaulted as paging?

No, but you could have a defective module. Default the processor, and try again. If still bad, and under warranty, send it back. If out of warranty, and you have some expansion modules available, move the line cord to a different line, and program that line to appear on the 5th button.

What are the steps to default the processor? I find instructions on reseting system saving settings but I would like to completely reset the system but can't find the correct instructions.
