Hello everyone, I have a Norstar ICS with rel 4.1 software. Its it possible to setup phantom numbers in a norstar system like in the avaya switches. The problem that I have is there are 17 numbers that are called forwarded to another site down the street and the client had the tech remove all the phones. This is turn caused all the phones not to forward anymore. The client would like to reuse the desks and phones. My understanding was the port is what is programmed. Can anyone shine some light on this.

I think you could set up hunt groups as the DN then overflow to an off prem number.
