phantom numbers in panasonic kx-td816

I set up my panasonic kx-td816 system with three extensions on one phantom number. Now we need to remove one extension from the group - how do you do this? Unfortunately I don't have access to the programing manuals. Thanks in advance for any help.

If there is a phantom button on a phone just hit program 99
hit the phantom button hit 2 and auto dial/store then program
