Phantom number roaming

Help please, I'm trying to set up agent roaming or phatom numbers on SECC 4.2, how do you do it, I have set the 500's up on loop 64 ( Option 11 ) as phantoms dcfw 4 to mail, have placed the personal dn in the agent profile on secc, logged the agent in but the personal call does not follow, how what when and where I think is the question.
Again theirs not much in the NTP's regards how to set this up, and even less in the Nortel traing course notes, experience needed.

Try "Keyword Search" - search for "phantom

Did you build the phone first before entering the number into the user profile?
Did you activate CFW on the phantom TNs?
Can you post a printout of one of the phantoms?

Problem solved, no where in the documentation does it sate you have to have cfw 4 set, I was using the Wrong thought on this and just set dcfw as per usual on a phantom, however there is a bug in the software on symposium, where you have to build the phantoms first and then add to agent or they don't work. work around is if adding phantoms first, delete pahntom number from agent, save and then re add.
