Hi all.
I got a problem. Bc12sp11 had digital extension #1213, that had to be transformed to external no. There was some mdns, presented on 1213. These mdns wasn't removed before ksexe:dir=1213. Usually this procedure goes correctly. But in my case, I guess, one of mdns, 1271, was in speech state during removing of 1213.
Now, after every call to/from 1271 (mdn on 1213 in the past) I'm getting the following result:
allop printout:

Dear gurus, please, any ideas? Maybe I'm not right, but it seems, data sector of KLP1M contains only pointers, not extension numbers? Where to put sacos to kill phantom mdn?

Hi,

Usually, if the MDN is busy, removal of the ODN is not possible (even in BC12). So obviously something else has gone wrong. FYI, there are no extension numbers in KLP1M, just pointers etc. To clear out this problem is quite tricky. I assume you don't have any proper backup (made before this was happening)?
But if you really want this to be solved on this forum, prepare for many traces and printouts. If yes, start with susip on dir 1271. Then trace KHH and KLP1M when trying to remove the extension, and another one when printing ksmdp. LIM=1 is a good start....
Of course, if you have a clean pcregen, you can start from scratch using program units from dusii, if no INL is available for BC12. Remember the license....
Good luck!
