need to set up phantom mail boxes in Partner - 30 actual extensions plus 45 additional phantoms or mailboxes without phones. Made all the selector codes 'direct extension transfer'. Transfers outside calls via Auto Attendant directly to phantom mailbox (ex. 85), how do we transfer to the VM box if the operator answers?

Transfer to 777 (or hit your "check messages" button), stay on the line until the voice answers and says "Welcome to Partner Messaging, please enter extension number and pound sign". At this point, dial *8 (for transfer) and the mailbox number. She (Joyce-the-Voice) will say "Transferring call". Hang up quick and the caller will go to the mailbox.

You can also program a voice mail transfer on your operators phone,or press feature, dial your extension mailbox you want to transfer into, hang up

sorry it Feature 14 then extension # then hang up

You can't do a Feature 14 for extensions outside of the ACS's extension range, i.e. 10-49 or 10-57 depending on the release. So you have to jump through the hoops for extensions above 49 or 57.
