Help Please.

I am trying to create a Phantom Loop. I have tried in LD17 and also LD97. I can create the loop and even program the 500 set on a tn, the problem is that when I call the number I programmed I get a fast busy and the Release and try again display. I do a stat in LD32 on the Loop 20 0 4 0 and it shows IDLE. I do a stat on loop 20 and it show's
.stat 20
TERM LOOP
00 DSBL 30 BUSY

This is on and Option 61c Rels 25. I have this working on and Option 81 Rels 25. I am confused... Please help.

Thanks, Jesse

The only purpose for a Phantom TN is to call forward it to another extension or location. That being said, make sure the 500 port has FTR DCFW 4 xxxx (Default Call Forward). The DCFW feature can only be used on Phantom TN's and is used to redirect the dialed number where you'd like it to go.

Hope this helps...

Kris

Thanks for your reply. That is what I am trying to do. I just can't seem to get the Phantom TN to work. For some reason the Phantom loop shows busy and any TN I program gives me a busy when I try to call it even though the TN show idle when I stat the TN.

.stat 20 0 4 0
IDLE
.

stat 20
TERM LOOP
00 DSBL 30 BUSY
.

What does the 30 Busy mean and how can I correct it?

Thanks.

Kris, you were right. I omited the digit length "4" when I entered the FTR DCFW 4 6410 it worked.

Thanks for you help.
