Phantom ICP/PBX Entries Issues When Migrating

Hi all,

Has anyone had issues with the above. I am taking over an upgrade project, that failed on the first attempt at migration, from gleaing what information i can it was an issue with performing an SDS sync, as it tries to sync to the blank network elements form, and subsequently fails.

What version of software are you currently running?

Do you have a SDS Migration Form that has step by step instructions for migrating?

Is your site single or multi-site?

Hi KWB,

It is MCD 4, although i cannot be specific on what build. It is a cluster. I ahve migrated systems before, i have never come across this issue, so just wanted to put it out there to see if anyone else has at all.

Hi all,

Any more thoughts on this one? Spoken to tech support, and they say it is not an issue they are aware of. However this hs definitely been an issue, and i am keen to understand why.
