I have a user that OCCASSIONALLY has INTERNAL calls answered handsfree on her Avaya phone. I have switched from a 6408+ model to a 5410 model, and it does not matter.
Not every time, but on occassion, she has internal only calls answered without ringing. All at once somebody else within the office just starts speaking via speakerphone. I do not see any setting on the IP Office Manager server, and nothing appears activated on her phone. On other phone systems, I have seen a handsfree button on the actual phone, but I do not see one on either of the referrenced models.
What makes it more difficult to pin down, is that it doesn't happen on every internal call. Only occassionally. Anybody heard of this weird issue? Thanks
